SELF-ASSESMENT

 I have to try to understnad things better, review all the grammar, study vocabulary and expressions. I need practiced more translation, speaking and listening too. Reading is not bad but I can improve it, such us writing.

VOCABULARY

PHRASAL VERBS

CHEER UP: To make someone feel happier.
CUT DOWN: To reduce the amount of something.
FACE UP TO: To accept that a dfficult situation exists.

 ACHES AND PAINS

ACHING MUSCLES: Pain in the muscles.
BRUISED: to injure by striking or pressing, without breaking the skin but causing a discolored spot to develop.
ITCH: to have or feel a tingling irritation of the skin that causes a desire to scratch the part affected.
SORE: physically painful or sensitive, such as a wound or diseased part.
SPAINED: to overstrain or twist (the ligaments around a joint) so as to injure without a fracture or break.
SWOLLEN: made large by or as if by swelling.

VOCABULARY

BLADE: Sharp edge used for cutting.
CRAVED: Had a strong desire.
GROPED: Moved hands to feel for something that can´t see.
RAZOR: A metal instrument whit a sharp edge, used for shaving.
SHRINK AWAY: Move away.
TORE OFF: Removed roughly.
WRITHED: Twisted and turned in pain.
